Born in Milan in 1962 he works since 25 years in the field of corporate, administrative and tax advice to small and medium-big enterprises. Industrial science graduate at S. Gallo (CH) University. Member of Collegio dei Ragionieri e Periti Commerciali di Milano since 1984.
He held a lot of assignments as director or as auditor in firms and he has a long career of teaching about tax matters.
He has a wide experience in corporate and tax advice, tax planning also international tax planning and
due diligence.
